I prefer to redirect to my mobile page for the domain for example rather than redirecting direct to a sponsor I send it to http://mobile.domain.com or http://domain.com/mobile I think its safer for sites with good google listing’s there are many ways to redirect traffic including htaccess, php and java. I prefer htaccess as I find it easier to control.

When building a mobile sites there are quite a few good sites that you can test how the site will look and if it fits into the mobile guidelines like this one Mobi Ready it has device emulators so you can see what your site will look like on different phones.

The sad fact is there is not much work around for new guys in the industry and it is very hard to get established. One of the reasons is there are not as many producers in the UK shooting as there was a couple of years ago due to the recession and other factors affecting the adult industry. We get many guys contacting us offering to work for us for as low as free we have even had a few contact us offering to pay us.  We don’t usually take up these offers due to the fact that we just do not know how the guy will perform and if he will get stage fright and not be able to perform. Which is pretty sad as some of these guys could turn out to be adult stars in the making and they just don’t get a chance.

We have a new project coming up in the New Year which will be open to a select few guys in the UK who will be able to take part in some of our adult productions and earn from them as well. So watch this space as we will be giving you more details shortly.

The first one we are looking at is Tevs which is run by Big Dot Media I must say this is probally my favourite budget script one of the reasons is the ease of use from setting up to running its just so simple. I have three sites running it at the moment British Hardcore Sex, British Fetish Clips and Simply British Porn all these more or less run on auto piliot and give some nice sales daily. Okay so what are my favourite features:

• Templates with a little imagination you can make these templates look exactly how you like and add in extra pages also its very easy to make the templates work with trade scripts.
• Sponsors its so easy to add in different sponsors and link them to the relevant banners and you can add a nice selection of sizes.
• Videos it has a few different options for importing videos from a mass import to just adding a single video. You can also spider FHGs and make video’s from them which is a nice simple option.

The second one we are looking at it the new script from JMB which is TubeX again a nice cheap script to kick of a tube site. We use it here at British Porn Clips. This is a nice easy script but as we have only just started using it i guess I’m not quite as familar with it as Tevs so at the moment seems a little harder to get my head round but still a good script. It has some nice templates which you can easily edit but I dont think they are as versitle as Tevs. One place where I think TubeX beats Tevs is the importing of videos it is much easier and a lot quicker.

• Templates these seem a little harder to configure than tevs but Im still getting to grips with them at the moment so over the next week or two may change my opinion on this.
• Sponsors there is no database as I can find to import straight from sponsors you ahve to add your own but it depends how important this feature is to you as I dont use it.
• Videos this is real quick for adding in videos with lots of different fields.

Well why do I think its still worth it. To start with you should never ever turn your nose up at any free traffic I know most people think of this as rubbish traffic that doesn’t convert but that is just not true okay it may convert in higher numbers than for instance search engine traffic but it still does convert. Here are a few tips on how to make the traffic work for you and how to maximise on it, plus a great program to automate your submission process.

How to make the traffic work for you.

Here is a real simple tip. When you add your galleries to your server make sure they are named very different for example. Don’t call them xxx.com/gallery1/ call them xxx.com/lesbiangirlsnude1 if you do call them gallery1, gallery2 etc the surfer will scroll all the way through your galleries but if you use lesbiangirlsnude1 but then call your next gallery lesbiansnudetoday you will have got that surfer to send him where ever you want as long as you have htaccess installed. You can send him to the top level of your domain where you can use the surfer to feed your trades/toplists etc.

How to maximise on it

Most MGP and TGP insist on having their buttons at the top and you usually add three, but rather than adding three for the TGP or MGP add only two and use the other spot for your own site. Increase back links and pr for your site.

Submission Program

Chameleon Submitter has to be one of the best programs on the net and there auto confirmer is invaluable. I have one person who works for me submitting TGP/MGP and it take them round about 90mins from start to finish using these programs.

Using the above methods you will bring in nice steady traffic and as long as its filtered correctly can make you decent money.

There are many types of content, from free content to high dollar content, and each comes with its own advantages and disadvantages (although high dollar content is more likely to give you a successful site in the end).

If you choose highly competitive keywords that are used by large, mammoth website, you are likely to never get up to those much needed first two pages.

Fourth, if you opt for a large website that you will focus most of your internet marketing career on, you will also need to know how to market your website to your intended audience through paid banner ads and text links.
